X1 Range & Security

The X1-Lithium is a Class 1 Bluetooth device, which means it has a range of at least 300 feet in open spaces. Walls and other objects will reduce that range. However, if you are ever out of range, your X1-Lithium will stop transmitting until you return within range, and will then dump all of the proceedings reported while out of range.

The wireless signal it fully encrypted and password protected. The wireless signal is only visible to your computer.

Your StenoCast wireless signal will not be disrupted by other wireless devices in or around your system.
